"Worst store and customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Don't even bother to buy it from them. I called the customer service and bought things as a gift for Christmas and when I opened the product I was so much disappointed. The product is totally irrelevant from the website and customer service person's description. Fortunately I was still within their 30 days of return policy and I returned them with the tracking number as they asked. I haven't got my money back for 3 months and finally when I got them on phone they said that my return came after the 30 day period and so..I lost my money on shipping which is more than 35$(when bought and when returned) and it is so unfair and when I explained the situation of what have happened and what part of mistake they did..they didn't even care.
Please if you need to buy some stuff and you are not so sure of how the product is going to look, don't even buy it from here. Go to malls where you can find "As seen On TV" shops or few items would be available from CVS..etc."

"I ordered a 16 piece space saving set of bags on 1/15/ 2012. There was supposed to be a 5 day delivery. On 1/22/2012 i called the service rep. and he stated that the item is on backorder and to expect delivery in 4 days. I recieved an e-mail with a tracking number and a delivery date of 1/28/2012. On 1/28/2012. I tried to track the item and for somne reason My invoice number and the tracking number is invalid, This organization is going to be reported to the Wisconsin Consumer Fraud Division , Florida Consumer Fraud Division and the Federal interstated commerce fraud division. DO NOT ORDER FROM yourstoreonlin.net THIS IS A SCAM......... "
"I would like to state that before anyone orders anything from this company they need to look at the HIGH shipping and handling charges. I have never seen such outragious charges before in my life. I tried 3 times to cancel my order but they shipped it anyway and the shipping and handling charges were MORE than the items I bought. I will hever order from here again."
"If I could zero, I would. Ordered a RUSH delivery on December 12th. The December 13th confirmation stated that it would ship in 1 to 2 days, proving me plenty of time to receive and wrap for my son's Christmas present. It didn't ship until January. Parts of the order were missing (and still are on January 22). This company didn't reply to any of my requests or questions. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE and by the way, the product was of such sub-standard quality, that alone would have meant a zero rating. I will NEVER risk shopping at a no-name company again. AWFUL!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered a pair of Ovegloves for my wife on 12/05/11 for Christmas. According to the e-mail I received from them the gloves would be delivered around the 14th. When I didn't receive them on that date, I called them. They told me they were out of stock when I ordered them and that they had been shipped the previous day and I should get them within 5 or 6 days. When they did not arrive by Christmas I gave them another call a day or two after Christmas and asked for a refund.
They said OK no problem and send me another e-mail with the check # and said I would be getting a check in the mail in 7 to 10 days. It is now 1/21/12. I called them yesterday. Was told that the there was a mix-up with the check #, and that if I did'nt received it by Monday to call Joe at Ext 102 and he would send me a check by certified mail.
Needless to say, I will never order anything from this company again."

"Thanks so much for the pillow pets. First of all, I was very happy to receive the pets before Christmas. I ordered it on 12/15/11 and couldn't believe they arrived before the big day. Everyone is so happy with their pet, from our 5 year old to our 21 year old. I'm looking forward to next year and will likely adopt a new pet or two. Thanks again.
