"Terrible! Do not do business with this company! I placed an order for one item a week before Thanksgiving. It was to be a special Christmas gift for my grandson. I received an email from the company immediately after my order that the item had been shipped. Two weeks passed and I never received the item. I sent an email asking where it was. It took several days for me to get an answer to that email which then informed me that "oh, we didn't realize this item was backordered and will be sent to you within a couple of days after December 9th." Keep in mind, my credit card had already been charged and I had been sent an email that it had been shipped before Thanksgiving, when, in reality, the item was not even in their possession to be shipped. I waited several days after December 9th checking my email several times a day looking for an email that it had finally been shipped. I never received any such email, so I sent them an email inquiring. Again, after several days, I still had not heard from them. I finally sent another email telling them to cancel my order and refund my money. Why was my card ever charged for an item that they couldn't provide me in the first place? They finally responded and said they couldn't refund my money because the item had already been shipped. Really??? I don't believe them. When I check my account on their website, it still does not indicate that the item has been shipped. Really, do not do business with them. "
