In october 2011, i ordered 2 air swimmers @ $63 in time for my granddaughter's birthday and her dad, my son's birthday on Nov. 13. i gave a 3 week window for delivery. it was never shipped. i had to scurry to find them another gift. a flurry of emails indicated it would ship on nov.14, which i thought would be ok to have for the holidays. nothing ever arrived. i had to buy other gifts to compensate for their unprofessional errors and negligence. xmas came and went. after the new year, i was promised that it would arrive, at the latest, within 4 business days. it never arrived. now, we are still waiting. i had to tell them not to charge me for shipping.
thus, this purchase has cost me $120 in extra gifts and stomach lining.
i had also ordered the same 2 air swimmers for our household. i got one in late nov.

"My wife and I decided at the last minute that the perfect gift for my son and his wife was a peanut-butter maker, so they could make peanut butter for our grandson, and other nut butters for themselves. YourStoreOnline had the item in stock and we purchased it.
The great thing was the customer service. I wanted to see whether I had to pay extra to have quick delivery, to be in time for Christmas, so I called on the phone. Joe researched where the item was shipped from and assured me that I could select regular delivery. He also offered to call the manufacturer/shipper to ensure that it did in fact ship when it was supposed to.
So I ordered the item, send an email to Joe with my invoice number, and he called the people who were sending the item, then he wrote back to tell me that it was looking good.
The Peanut Butter maker did arrive on Saturday, in plenty of time to be wrapped for giving the next morning.
This is an example of just fabulous customer service. I can't say I have ever received equally good service in the past. So I will certainly be shopping at Your Store Online again.
