"I ordered a claw machine for my son in the beginning of December. I was told I would have it by Christmas. I then received an email that week stating it was on backorder and it would be sent out for delivery in two days. I figured ok, I'll have it for Christmas. I kept logging in to my account to find out that the status never changed. I then called them the week of 12/12. They said it was going out that Friday and I should have it by the next Tuesday. I figured as long as I have it by Christmas, which they kept promising. I even got an email after that phone call promising it by December 24th. I never received it the following week. I then received an email the week of December 19th stating it was just sent out that day. It gave me tracking information that said the estimated delivery date was December 28th. I freaked out and called them. This is what they told me. The date on the email is not the same date it was sent out it was sent out earlier and I would definately receive it by Christmas. I received it December 28th. What makes me so mad it the way they flat out lied to me. If they would have told me when it really was going out I wouldn't have minded. I hate when you place an order and you don't find out until days later that its on back order. I WILL NEVER ORDER from them again."
"This company is a nightmare. I placed my grandchildrens christmas order on 12-08-2011 and it is 01-02-12 not one present has arrived and they billed my VISA that very same day. They have my money for weeks and I have nothing but a huge pain in my A--. Our funds are very limited and this is a crime

"I ordered 3 RC Air swimmer Fish on Thanksgiving for my kids for Christmas. 2 weeks before Christmas, I received an email saying one of them was discontinued. I called on it and the representative assured me it was not and all 3 were on the way. Then, I received another email saying the order was being processed. I called again, the representative told me that the discontinued item, was in fact discontinued, and promised that if I switched to another one, they'd all 3 make it by Christmas. Shockingly, it is the 29th of December and I just got off the phone with a rude salesman who now told me they were hung up in the warehouse due to "packaging problems" and wouldn't ship til Friday. I canceled the whole order and better receive a refund. This company is horrible, do not order anything from them!!!!!"
"I placed a order with "Your Store Online" Nov.3,2011 and even though it plainly states in their policy that they don't take your money from your account till product is shipped they took my money Nov.5 and when I hadn't received my product in 2 weeks, I contacted them and was told on back-order till end of Nov. Their site said that the product was in stock and had plenty of availability.So finally on Dec.6th I called and cancelled my order, when I didn't receive my money I called and was told that a check was in the mail even though they took my money off of my card and to this day I have not received a penny of my almost $75.00 or my product. Do not use these people if you need your money. "

I called 12/17 to verify this was still coming...waited on hold for 25 minutes. Told this was out, and would arrive in time. NEVER came. Called Monday 12/26 recording said business was closed. Called today and was told item was damaged in shipping. LIE! Order was NEVER shipped. Never got any email or tracking number. Order now says BACKORDERED. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE service...they do not care this was for a child from Santa Claus. STAY AWAY!"

"Merchant does not deliver! Ordered a Christmas gift for my son and received a shipping notification email on Dec 4th. Waited a couple of weeks and contacted the merchant via email. Never received a reply! Contacted them by phone 3 times and was told my product should arrive by Christmas. Well, still no product and today I was told that it may arrive tomorrow...Christmas Eve! Was also told that I was sent an email stating the item was backordered...never received said email! My card, however, was charged immediately after placing my order!! Would not recommend doing business with this merchant. They are unresponsive and dishonest!"
"I ordered two Air Swimmers on Dec 6th.. Kept getting updates saying shipping is in process.. after a week, i got an email saying that one of the Swimmers was discontinued, and to reply to the email to get a diff one.. I did, never got a reply, went back in and reordered it, had to pay more...
Waited on Hold the other day for over 45 minutes to talk to someone who told me i should have both of the order by the 23rd..
According to the website, one of the orders hasn't even shipped, the other one is in California..
So, i have no Chrismas gifts for my nieces!"
"I hope people start going to the reveiws before placing orders I now I wish I would have. I placed an order on the 9th. Received an email the 16th that my order would be shipping on the 19th. Then on the 21st received another email that my order was being processed. I doubt my item will be here before christmas. If I would have known the problems this site had would would have just spent the few extra dollars to relieve the stress I am feeling now on the 23rd of December. I will NEVER order from here AGAIN!!!"

"Your Store Online has been unresponsive since I placed my order last week. It still has not shipped and I need to cancel since the gift I bought will not make it here by Christmas even if they ship today. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an order cancellation option through the website. To speak to a representative, I have to wait an estimated 20 minutes. I sent an email 24 hours ago and have still not been contacted by someone who can resolve my issue. Will never do business with this company again!!!

Changed rating from 1 star to 2 stars. Finally waited on hold and spoke to a representative. I asked him to either cancel my order or find a way to get it to me by Christmas Eve at no additional charge. He was courteous and agreed to 1)ship it out immediately and 2)upgrade the shipping to Priority so that it would arrive Dec 24. He even changed the shipping address for me so that the package would arrive at my sister-in-law's house (as I was not going to be at my address on the 24th). I really wish I could remember the guy's name so I could post it for you all--he was great. My shipment arrived at around 6 pm on the 24th.

Received duplicate shipment at my original address! Good for me, bad for them. Don't worry, I did send the company an email offering to return the extra item (at their expense). We'll see what they decide to do. As mentioned earlier, I sent them an email requesting support that went unanswered--we'll see if they are any quicker to respond to this one! Although I'm not complaining about receiving an extra shipment, it does show a continued lack of coordination and organization on their part. Still will most likely not do business with these guys again."
