"I would never order from this store again and would not recommend it to anyone. I placed an order with them for the first time on 2/22/11. I am writing this on 3/12/11 and still have not received a package. I had an online chat session with them last week and was told that UPS lost the shipment and when they went to reorder it was on back order and that I will have it on Wednesday or Thursday. It is now Saturday and I have received nothing. Was also told that because of the inconvenience, they would refund me 50% of the order. I requested a total refund and they can keep their products. I requested to have a manager contact me but have heard nothing. I will dispute this with Citibank when my invoice is received. "
"this place is definitely a scam. i ordered a month ago. i was told item was on backorder until 2/18.i called on that day and they said the item had come in and will be shipped that day or the following monday. called back several times and each time i was told the item is going to ship havent recv anything and no reund either after order has been cancelled. i paid with my cc but they claim they mailed a chk back. never have seen a co operate like this. i think it is a scam and i am going to get to the bottom of this and someone will be in jail by the time im done."

"Each year I adopt a group of nursing home residents who have no family or friends looking in on them during the holidays. This year I decided to buy each of them a pillow pal. I placed the order for 10 of these but when the order arrived, I received only nine. I phoned the customer service group and spoke with Ben. It was only a couple days before Christmas and he said he would do what he could to get one more out asap but that it probably would not arrive until the Monday after Christmas.
So I wrapped up the ones I had and delivered them with the other gifts.....hoping the one resident I chose to wait for her pillow would not notice she was 'shorted'...
MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, I received the final pillow pal on Christmas Day. (I don't know how that happened but am sure it was not on the porch the night before.) Anyway, this allowed me to wrap the final gift and get it to that last resident for Christmas Day.
Thanks to Ben for bringing JOY to an otherwise forgotten elderly lady this last Christmas."
"The order I placed was for one touch can openers as gifts for Christmas. Due to the inability of your supplier to meet demands, the order did not arrive until 18 January. HOWEVER,
I was kept informed of the problem with your supplier and was offered a refund. I opted to stay with the order. Again I was given an apology for the delay and was advised when shipment could be expected.

I called and they said that they could not send to two different addresses. they had never notified me. Since one package had gone, they said they could now (2 weeks after Christmas) send the second one to the second address.

"Absolutely horrible!!!! I ordered a Christmas gift on the 5th of December, figuring I had plenty of time for it to be delivered. The product's detail page said (and still says): Ships in 5-7 days with free $20 gift.
A week after I paid I logged on to track my shipment and found the following three messages: 1. Product is on a short temporary backorder
Products should ship in 14 days.
2. Date Shipped: 12/5/2010
3. Shipping Status: Shipment In Processing - Tracking Code Will Be Available In 24-48 Hours
I've been trying to get someone via email or phone for the past few days to figure out what all this means, but when I sent an email all I got back was an advertisement asking me to buy more stuff. When I call, I get a recorded message asking me to call back later, but no chance to record my own message.
The recipient is clearly not going to get the gift in time for Christmas, it's not going to be wrapped (because there is no gift option...they won't even be so kind as to take the receipt with the price on it out of the box), and I'm not able to get hold of anyone to help me out with the situation.
In sum:
False advertising about shipping times.
Horrible shipping prices.
Horrible customer service.
Horrible company in general."
"I placed my order october 20th have not recieved it yet, I have emailed them several times no responce! Called and talked to someone who said my order had been sent out that i would recieve it in a few days, that was a week ago they got my money but i didnt get the product! I will not order from them again! I will file charges against them! Where is the trust?"
"Same as several that I hvae read. Placed an order and was mislead everytime I called about that order. It had been on back order for close to 2 weeks when the email said it would only be a couple of days. I was told it was scanned to process the shipment. When I called to check on it they acted surprised that I had not received it and "supposedly" put a trace on it with UPS, this happened about 3 times. I finally asked for the tracking number and called UPS who only showed it was scanned for processing but was never picked up and a trace was not put on it. So they just basically LIE about your order after they have already gotten your money. I filed a claim with my credit card company and am advising everyone I know NOT to order from them. They shoudln't be allowed to operate a business as they do."
