"On a daily basis our organization deals with a lot of companies through their online resources often through customer service and even more through management/owners. On both a personal and business note the needs of our inquiry were addressed with both expediency and knowledge. Customer service is great and when you ask a question, you get a real answer from a real person (not the scripted call center cut n paste concept that other companies just can't seem to give up). Selection is excellent. The array of products and genres is hard to beat and we're receiving a product that would costs hundreds to thousands of dollars anywhere else at a much lower price. There's no doubt, we'll definitely be back to shop here again. "

"I first saw the infomercial for the DXL10 Forever-Everlife in December 2005. Like some things you see on TV it sounded too good to be true however it was such a cool idea that being an electronic technician I couldn't resist buying it just for the concept of putting so many basics electronic ideas into a flashlight.

After receiving the flashlights I was surprised to see the DXL10 also had an electronic switch which was great. The electronic switch eliminates problems ordinary flashlights have such as intermittent dimming or sometimes having the need to position the switch just perfect to get the light to function at all.

I was skeptical the DXL10 would actually burn 10 hours as advertised on only 1 minute of shaking. After shaking this light 1 minute as advertised I placed it on a table and left it on. By the end of the day more than 10 hours later when preparing for bed I turn off the lights and noticed a light source coming from the room I had left the DXL10 burning that morning. Surely enough that was the source of light coming from the great room.

The LED light source cuts through smoke and fog better than incandescent bulbs in standard flashlights and as we all know C and D cell batteries are expenses. It seems every time I use to need a flashlight that was in my car or a drawer at home the batteries were either dead, almost dead, or were leaking acid destroying the flashlight. I haven't bought flashlight batteries in 51/2 years now, I think it's safe to say the DXL10 has paid for itself.

I still use this same flashlight now in June 2011, I keep it in a bag on the side of my wheelchair and when the lights go out I'm the only person with a ready to use light source. I would highly recommend it."

"A scam by all means. I placed an order on 3/27. Kept getting emails telling me that the product will be shipped. Never did. After calling them 7 times, they finally admitted that they did not have the product to begin with. When I requested a refund they said they do not give refunds to credit cards (?) and that they will mail me a check in 20 days (!). That check never arrived, on top now they claim that I got and cashed the check, and it will take another 20 days to "investigate" who cashed the check, and then they will mail me another check, in another 20 days (???).

After reading about them in the scam pages in the Web, I placed a claim with my Credit Card Provider, BBB and the FTC"
