"I couldn’t find these five fingers anywhere in stock and in my size, but got them here. Vibram five fingers are awesome to run in, although you have to rethink and retrain the way that you run. I can really see that I will be much less prone to injury in these. Got them fast from ZBsports but they did not fit, the sizing with these is really hard to figure. I suggest trying them on in a store first before buying, b/c the sizing goes by the length of your foot and not standard sizing. Had no problems with my return and got a pair that fits in about a week and a half. These things are cool!"

"I always buy many pair of my favorite running shoe from Saucony. Well they really changed the most recent release of my shoe and it just doesn't fit right. I looked all over the place and could not find the shoe, then I found ZBsports, but they only had one left. So I bought it and called them to see if they had any more that I could buy (they even had a great price). "A few weeks ago I was on the hunt for some shorts for an upcoming vacation. I found a few pairs of Arcteryx in a store, but my wife convinced me to look online for a better price, before just buying them right away. I looked around and ZBSports had a great price for them. I ended up waiting way longer than I should of, and didn’t order them until just a few days before I had to leave for my trip.
I called Customer Service to see if they could do anything to make sure they arrived by the date I needed them. They were very helpful, and told me they’d do everything they could. I ordered a few pairs of shorts, and all but one arrived by the date I needed them.
I was going to return the last pair when it arrived, but after talking to customer service again (they must have been sick of me by now!) I decided to keep them. Beware that there is a re-stocking fee for any returns, but it’s all spelled out on their website so it’s easy to find/understand.
This wasn’t my first time shopping at ZBSports, but it was the only time I had to deal with customer service. It ended up great and their employees did everything they could to help (and we’re up-front with me about what they could/couldn’t get to me in time. I really appreciated that they didn’t just promise to get me everything in time to keep me happy, only to disappoint me later when it didn’t arrive.

"Writing reviews are very important in any business for the buyers and the merchants! I ordered a pair of Arcteryx pants from ZB Sports. I first have to start with the fact that I never recieved them and had to call to find out that they no longer had those in stock and couldn't get them for a few or more months.
I then proceeded to write a negative review at resellerratings about the business, because I think that it's important to let others know about both bad and good experiences.
That being said, I recently got a call from their president/CEO stating that he was sorry about the problem I had- he was super nice and he seemed really sincere and wasn't trying to make excuses- just telling me what happened. He also offered to give me the pants or even a different item for his cost as a way to make up for my bad experience.
Let's face it... we all make mistakes, they are a smaller business, and I give the them big points for being on top of things, reading the reviews, doing what they could to make things right, and trying to make sure their customers are happy. That, to me, is really good business! So here I am revising my review, because after speaking with him, I know now that I can shop easy at zbsports.com and feel confident that I'll get great customer service! The Stiletto and Gamma SV came on March 18th. Both of the items are not in the factory wrap. Since both of these items are black, there are some lints on them. My sister did not like this items so i ask to return. I called them up, no answer, called up again and left a message. I called again on the 3rd day, the lady said restocking fee is 20%, I was really upset so they said they will waive the fee but only give me store credit.
The rest of the items will come on March 31th. Which is 2 weeks.
BE CAREFUL and read this store policy.
