I did get an email that shows that they received my order that also solicited a resellerratings review but no shipping information or tracking information.
A little while later fedex mailed me shipment notification for Colerexpress with a tracking number. It looks like they shipped my order promptly and it will arrive on time.
Other than that the website was decent, but nothing special, just a front end for a yahoo store. The prices seem fair.

My purchase was a simple external DVD burner, that is "in stock unless otherwise indicated", which it was not. Their shipping policy is, "We ship packages within 2 business days of receiving your order." Aside from the automated order confirmation e-mail, I haven't heard or seen anything. To be fair, I asked for UPS ground shipping, as their shipping rates were pretty high.
On the other hand, I've tried calling - can never get a person on the phone, though I do sometimes get hung up on or busy signals - eventually, I got to a voicemail.
I've sent e-mails on 3 separate days. First to sales, then another to sales, and today to sales, support, and purchasing. I have yet to hear back on any of the e-mails that simply ask whether or not my item has been shipped yet. Interestingly enough, e-mails to their support e-mail address bounce back from a HOTMAIL account.
At this point, I'm giving them another day before I contact my bank to initiate the charge back process.
I'm not sure how they got a high rating, or why a friend recommended them, but I certainly am not amused by any of this.
