"I am extremly disappointed with your company. I ordered a hard drive on May 25-26 and never even received a phone call or E message telling me the order was cancelled. Not only THAT but a week later when I called to find out WHY it was cancelled, the overworked receptionest put me on hold and never came back. When I called back she told me that I put the wrong infomation regarding my contact information. WHY didn't someone call me to inquire?? SHe also told me to reorder the item.
Well, I CAN'T. It doesn't exisit on your site anymore.

Don't know right now if I will order anything again .

"I strongly recommend AGAINST this underhanded company. I bought three hard drives that said "Condition: Brand New" only to find they were stamped "reconditioned" when I received them. I also bought a DVD burner, and when I questioned if that was not new, I was emailed and told it was not reconditioned and never used. The setup disk came in a ripped and crumpled envelope and had a gummy material on it, so it barely was even read by the drive. Once installed, I found it was defective. They allowed me to return it and very specifically said they would not charge a restocking fee. I'm still fighting to get that fee refunded. They now won't return my emails."

"I ordered a DVD recorder May 14th, and have not yet received it on May 21st. I just checked the status and it said the order is on hold. No explanation. They did not send me notification to my email address.

I am unhappy with the handling of this order. I order much merchandize on the internet and am accustomed to delivery within a few days. "Cooler-express" has not only delayed my order but has not even made an effort to contact me about the delay, or tell me why.

I now wish to cancel this order and cannot even figure out how to contact them to do this. When I click on two places on their website that say "Contact Us - Customer Support" nothing happens. There is no phone number listed. I am definitely dissatisfied with this company and will not do business with them again.

"I was in a time crunch, and ordered two 250 Gig drives in external cases, and paid $48.06 for next day shipping. It arrived THREE days later, because it took Cooler Express two days to assemble and pack my order.

I'm now trying to get an RMA for one of them that has gone bad. I submitted the form early this morning, with plans to bring it to the post office this afternoon. After receiving NO reply, nor any confirmation, I called them.

"It takes 24-48 hours for us to process our emails" I was told "wait until tommorrow before calling".

This has not been my idea of good service.

"I am disappointed in how this company handled their mistake. They shipped me the wrong item. It was completely their fault. In spite of this I still had to pay for the return shipping. $16.00 out of my pocket with nothing but experience to show for it. I'll give them credit for refunding the purchase price and the original shipping, but the goof up was theirs and they should have paid all costs because of it.

In my opinion, avoid this company at all costs. They goofed up my order and did not set things straight. I will never purchase from them again and will share my experience with everyone I know.

"Ordered from a "coupon special" email from Cooler-Express. When I tried to enter the coupon number on the order sheet, I was advised that it was an invalid coupon number. I went ahead and placed the order and put in the remarks that it would not take the coupon number and please adjust the price. They cancelled the order. I guess I will block their ads as "spam""
