"I tried to make a purchase from ZZF over the weekend, but their system declined my card. I contacted my Bank today and was informed that the bank refused to complete the transaction because ZZF is on their BLOCKED list, which is reserved for known and verified cases of FRAUD. I tried to contact ZZF to no avail (no one answers but their machine even during their "supposed" open hours}. I'm rethinking my decision to purchase from ZZF now and glad my bank blockes transactions to them.
If ZZF reads this and wants to contact me about the problem, I am ready to talk to anyone there that can help in straightening this situation out.

"I got what I ordered, in the time expected, and it works. Packing, however, was pitiful. I bought two sticks of RDRAM; they were in OEM blister packs which were rubber banded together and rattling around in an oversized box with a couple of uninflated (!) air packs. Maybe they take more care with drives and other equipment more sensitive to impact damage; all I know is what I experienced."
"I'm not sure why ZipZoomFly has gone down over the years, but I've been a customer since 2001. I have purchased 5 seperate orders in the last couple of weeks and they have all come in working condition in a timely manner. At most, the items needed one day and a half to complete processing and ship, but that is all detailed in their site, so I can not fault them. The prices are cheap and no sales tax in my state. I'm not sure if other people have an agenda agaisn't this site or not, but I live on the east side and have never experienced any problems. The only thing I can recommend they improve upon is the search function. It is fairly basic, but I use other sites to find out what I should buy so it's a minor inconvience at best. Overall, I would rate these guys 10/10. Don't trust the low rating, I know I didn't and I came out of the experience fairly satisfied."
"The worst experience yet with zipzoomfly. Ordered on 5/24/06 wednsday at 1pm. Paid extra for fedex 2 day shipping on wednesday. Package was picked up on 5/25/05 at 11am Thursday. Tracked package online and estimated delivery is wednesday 5/31/06. Called fedex and got same answer. You tell me if 7 days delivery is acceptable after paying for 2.Fedex said zipzoomfly didn't pay for 2 day shipping with saturday delivery, they choose the cheapest version.Also noone present at zipzoomfly cust serv."
"ZZF continues to come through for me. I have never had to deal with their customer service because everytime I order from them my items arrive promptly, as described and packaged very well.
ZZF usually undercuts other retailers on a lot of items. In addition to that, they offer free shipping and 2nd day air for $1.99! Why buy from some other place that charges more money for the same item and 5-7 bucks for ground shipping.
I have ordered from them 5 or 6 times now and will continue to do so."
