"5/30/2006- I ordered ram and a laptop hard disk. These items were put in an oversized cardboard box with a thin layer of peanuts in the bottom and shipped. I felt something rattle in the box when the fedex man handed it to me- it turned out to be the bare unpadded hard disk, which had rattled and clunked its way the whole way to my house.

I called three times and emailed the next day during business hours but was unable to reach a live person. My email was replied to unhelpfully at close-of-business.

At C.O.B. the next day, I got an email with an RMA number. I shipped the item the following business day (Monday). They are located 20 miles from me so they received the item on Tuesday.

After hearing nothing, I emailed them on Thursday, and they said they'd mail it on that day or on Friday.

5/21/06- Here it finally is- FedEx home delivery came three times before they finally left it with the onsite management. The item is well packed and looks shiny and new.

I am happy they made this right. I have already ordered something else from them. ZZF has good pricing and selection. They could improve a lot on customer communication."

"Ordered a camera and memory card last weekend, and I needed it for this weekend. I spent extra money on 2day shipping to make sure I would have it for the weekend.
I received a confirmation from ZipZoomFly that it has shipped on Tuesday and was given a tracking number stating estimated time of delivery was Thursday. It is now Friday and I contacted Fedex, they say they have not even received the package yet. I then called ZipZoomFly and they say that they camera is on backorder, and will not even have them for at least another week.
