"When I was issued a tracking number for the items I purchased Fedx stated it was not a valid tracking number.(this was 4 days after it shipped)When I attempted to contact ZIPZoomFly via email I received no response twice. I then left a voice mail still nothing. All I wanted to know was if the Fedx tracking number was correct. I most likely will not purchase from them because this is a good indication of there customer service (price isn't everything)"

"It was the worsed purchased I ever had! I chose 2 day shipping and on the 3rd day I still haven't received the item. I called customer service and it is horrible. It took them a long time to respond. I spoke to one of the representative and stated the he will call me back to let me know the status and he never returned my phone call. On the 4th day, I got an e-mail saying that the item I purchased will be shipped. On the 5th day, the item is still not picked up by FedEx. I called customer service and she stated the item is out of stock. It show on zipzoomfly site that it is in stock. I didn't get any notification that item is not in stock and I will never find out if I din't call. I gave them 5 business day and they keep telling me it was shipped but how can they ship it if the item is not even available. I am very unsatisfied the way they handle this situation. This is the 1st time I purchased from them and I will never go on this site ever. I just cancelled my order because the last representative that I spoke to said that she will call me back to make sure they had in stock. I know for a fact that I will just keep on waiting for this where they keep telling me that it was shipped. "

However, I couldn't get ahold of it locally, and most places I shopped online were either charging too much, or their estimated processing time was three days or more. However, when I received my package, the invoices all stated the purchase was made on May 31st. Even the online invoice for the purchase indicates the order was made on May 31st at 00:00:00 PDT. Zipzoomfly changed the order date in order to attempt to disqualify me for this rebate. This is a very disturbing business practice. "

Placed my order apparently too late on a Friday so they didn't process it until Monday. Got an email Monday at about 5pm pacific time stating that they tried to call me (which my phone shows 0 incoming calls that day, arent I popular ;-p ) and they couldnt verify my cc# because my shipping address was invalid. This, despite never having any issue on any other site in the last 2 yrs I have lived here. Had to call and managed to just barely call in time to 'resolve' it Monday. They still took another 24 hours to 'process'.
Overall, decent prices but seems like you 'pay' more in your own time just to get the parts ordered. If you value your time, just go with someone like Newegg and avoid the hassle. Otherwise the site was user friendly (though more product images would be nice) and you really can't beat free shipping when you are buying a bunch of cases. ;-)"
"I placed the order Thursday June 1st. My credit card was charged the same day. Next day I received notice that item was shipped to me by FedEx and the tracking number was included in the e-mail. I attempted to track my package, but no updates were posted. Upon requesting a status update from the company, they notified me that the item was back ordered and that no time table was available for delivery. They did not bother to inform me of the backorder until I asked myself, wasting my time.
