"My order "Seagate Drive" was "packed" which means it's ready to ship since 4/21/2006, according to site? I placed the order when the item was shown to be in stock, my order went through. As of 5/5/2006 the item was "again" back in stock listed @ $114.00. I called yesterday 5/9/2006 to ask about my order. I was told the drive had been shipped and I could not cancel the order. I could return the drive for a refund after receiving it. I just want the drive I ordered on 4/21/2006. I still have not received a tracking number, was there a problem I needed to correct? The item has been paid for since 4/21/2006 and should have been shipped then, at least when they got them back in stock. If this item is not available "again" just give me a refund, simple right? I would like to purchase this product from another source. I see the price has increased to $129.00 as of 5/10/2006 and is listed "in stock" again. At the very least they can send it overnight at their expense, I paid $134.00 for the drive back on 4/21/2006. All I have received so far is the run around! I guess I will have to send this to Visa to dispute the charge if I don't receive a new working drive or a full refund to my account by 5/15/2005. No reply to
my email as of 5/11/2006. I have purchased many things from Zipzoomfly, parts for whole systems. I have no idea what's going on with them now. I think I should find another supplier for parts. Like Newegg, when they mess up they try to make it right, plus they have an toll free number.

"This is my second order from ZipZoomFly and I'm very happy with their service. They price most of their inventory extremely competitively, so if you on Pricegrabber, you will see ZipZoomFly on top of the chart. They ship their orders next day. Shipping has always been free, and the products arrive via Fedex in approximately 2-3 days. I've never returned products with ZipZoomFly, so I can't comment. NewEgg used to do it all. Now, NewEgg provides good reviews, and ZipZoomFly provides great prices! Thank you ZipZoomFly and I hope you continue to prosper in this tough e-commerce business. "

"my experience was overall good except for one thing...

when i ordered, i inadvertantly submitted an incorrect zip code, but quickly realized it five minutes after ordering. i updated my newly created acct and emailed them to informed them of the mistake...i did as directed by the website although i should have cancelled the order (it shouldn't have been a big deal). this all happened on a friday evening. thinking all would be well, i receive an email monday morning stating the package has already been boxed (but wouldn't ship until next day) and nothing could be done with the incorrect label until after shipping. i informed them that i did as the website suggested immediatly after submitting the order, but got nothing in return. they wanted $10 to recall the package aftre shipping to correct the label! ...then i called FedEx; they took care of me....

aside from that, no complaints. good product, unbeatable price, free shipping, good shipping speed (received it from california by next friday). would do business with again.

"Everything was fine untill i had to call their customer service. Rude and unhelpful. My overnight order took 6 days - I was charged the extra shippig. Took me a whole day to get through to them - none of the "departments" picked up untill 4PM. They did not return my e-mail or phone calls. I will NEVER order from them again."

"In my previous post (just a handful back), I mentioned that my order was originally to be shipped early Thursday and delivered late Friday. After a run around with customer "service," they said my order would ship on Friday and be delivered by Tuesday. It is Monday, and my order has not shipped. No one at customer "service" is picking up the phone. And serious,y what kind of large business like this does not have an 800 number?

I am cancelling this order and going through Newegg. I'd rather pay an extra $20 for the item and get it on time or EARLY, as opposed to letting these morons profit from me.

Don't be fooled by their decent overall rating, look at their score in the last 6 months. Terrible!

NEVER buy from ZZF! You will regret it.

"I placed an order for a Linksys RV016 on Tuesday morning and asked for FedEx overnight freight. I paid with an American Express corporate card from my business and had the item shipped to my business address. Well, here we are on Friday and I still have not received my order! On Tuesday night I receive an e-mail stating there was a verification problem with my order and that they could not reach us via phone. Well, no one tried! I left my business phone as well as my cellular number and received no call on either!! On Wednesday morning I called and was told they needed to verify our shipping address and the item would ship that day. The next day, nothing shows! I call once again on Thursday and this time they tell me they are out of stock on the item and when I tell them to cancel the order they quickly find the item is in stock and would ship that day to arrive on Friday. Well, here it is Friday and I still have no router. What is worse, is I have a business that is opening tomorrow that I can not complete without this part! This will be my last time buying from ZipZoomFly!!!"

"These guys are idiots and liars. They actually told me that they tried to call me, but none of my phone numbers have voicemail (BULL!) They told me I should have replied to their email, but their email told me to call (which I did). I asked them to resubmit my cancelled order, but they cannot 'FOR SECURITY PURPOSES'. What security purposes? If they place the order will Al Kay Duh aquire a dirty bomb? I am sick of people using 'FOR SECURITY PURPOSES' as an excuse for rude behavior, lies, and lack of customer service."

"Has anyone at ZipZoomFly noted that their ratings numbers are going DOWN. I should have checked the numbers before I placed my first order with them. Their customer service is horable. They wanted "additional information" to "complete the order." They did provide a phone number to call their customer service voice mail. Two calls later, to their "customer service" voice mail (with assurance they would get back to their valued customer) and no response. Which I followed up with an email and again no response. What really torques my jaw is after 2 days they shipped the product anyway. It is a good thing I paid the extra for 2-day air, because it will make up for their non responsive customer support. So why did they need the information they never got anyway, "to complete the order." Will I order again... NO."
