"Checked ZipZoomfly because a friend has used them. I ordered most of the components to build a new desktop computer from scratch.
The primary reason for placing the order here was that they carried the 89W version of the Athlon 64 x2 4400+ processor (ADV part number); I couldn't find anyone else on-line who did. They are good about referencing the manufacturers' part numbers, so you can do a little research and be absolutely sure of what you're getting.
Their web site is VERY clear that most of these items are warranteed through the manufacturers, and that any returns will have to go through them, NOT ZZF.
Also, they state clearly that they will take 1 to 2 days to PROCESS your order, and THEN it will be shipped. I placed my order late at night, and it was shipped the next day.
Everything was what I expected, service was prompt, prices are good, no problems."

"I initially gave a substandard review, however, several things became clear to me later. Yes, they did not have the best phone response to a return request initially. However, after a brief delay of 2 days, I did get an RMA for replacement. In the end it turned out that the instructions for the product was misleading and the original product may not have been defective. FYI, ATI indicates on some of their newer video cards that the PCI-e card only has to be hooked to the power supply if a cable is attached to the board. In my case, there was no cable so I did not attach it to the power supply. I will contact ATI about this. I only figured this out after the I got the replacement item. All in all, with their low prices and fast shipping, they are a very good store to deal with. I don't like the restocking fee but that probably keeps their prices lower."
