"I ordered on 3/11 with 2nd day shipping. Website said it was shipped on 3/13 for delivery on 3/15. By 3/16 had not arrived. Checked with FedEx who said that ZipZoomFly printed a label but never shipped the package.
What started as a good deal has now cost me a day of work and will cost several more before I get the part I ordered.

"I ordered 2 sets of items over a week. I ordered both before noon PST (zzf's hours are 7:30 to 5:30). Both took well over 24 hours to process (close to 2 1/2 days for one of them).
One was shipped standard free 2 day and the other was overnight. Recieved them right when expected. Very good experience overall, but the time to process the order is a little disheartening."

"This vendor's prices and selection are very good, however their customer service and follow-up are ther poorest I have experienced.
I was informed via email that zzf had a question about my "ship to" address (even though my cc co. had the info) and given a phone number to call (not oll free) so that this matter could be cleared up. I placed the order Mon and received the email Tues morning EST. so I called and instead of speaking to a cust svc agent I was told to leave my pertinent info and someone would call me back. I never received a return call so Wed morning I called zzf at 8:30 aM PST (11:30 AM EST) since that is when they are supposed to open. I got a recording stating they were closed. I called again at 8:35 and 8:40 AM and got the same recording. I finally got through at 8:45 AM and was sent to the account verfication dept where I got the exact samr recording as before stating that all agents were busy helping other customers! I was livid by this time. I stated in no uncertain terms that I wanted my order cancelled. I called later in the day and finally was able to speak with an operator and I also told her I wanted the order cancelled. She said it was already packed and couldn't be stopped from shipping. I told her I would refuse to accept the shipment on the grounds that their customer service was so extremely lacking and the item would be returned. She said I would incur a 15% restocking fee to which I replied that would not happen and that all charges to my cc by zzf would be disputed in the most rigorous way.
In the mean time I ordered a similar item from Newegg.com and my order was processed and shipped within two hours, whereas zzf had taken 2 days to get their act together. Needless to say, Newegg will be my primary source for online computer component shopping in the future."
