Efficiency: Poor. Placed a time sesitive order on a Friday morning (2-24-06), expecting order to be processed and shipped so that I received my order by the following Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Order remained in processing until Monday (2-27-06), finally being packed literally just before I would have cancelled. Order is now in transit for an "on-time" 3-1-06 delivery.
Thoughts: Free 2-day shipping is almost meaningless when the order is in processing for so long. Based upon my experience with another reseller (newegg, order was processed and shipped in hours, not days), I was expecting ZZF to be comperable.
May purchase from ZipZoomFly again, based on price, but not if I want or need my purchase in a timely manner. I'm willing to pay a little bit more for efficient service."
"Well, at least I received my complete order this time even if it did take a couple extra days.
Last time they shorted me some software. I tried and tried to get in touch with them to no avail. I finally e-mailed Cnet.com asking why zip was allowed to advertise that they are cnet certified if they don't offer problem resolution. (This was approx a week to ten days after my last attempt to contact zipzoomfly)
After that zipzoomfly suddenly started returning my corespondance. Thanks Cnet!
Stupid me, I ordered from zipzoomfly again thinking I'd get it in time to deliver.....oh no. Not this time. Ordered On Wednesday...they didn't even ship untill very late Friday evening. They sent a message stating that orders usually take 1 to 2 days to process...hmmm That's never happened before. And this was all over a single power supply. Not like it was a huge order, just a single part. I checked over my last few bunches of orders from Zip and none took that long. It's definately time to shop elsewhere....I'm not sure what happened but zipzoomfly is really doing poorly nowadays."

"Order placement went smoothly and was shipped out within 24 hours but apparently was not shipped 2 day as it took 4 days to arrive. The order was not packed very well and arrived damaged. An initial request for a RMA was placed using the website early on the morning of the 15th and renewed early on the morning of the 17th due to no response to the first request in spite of their promised 'within two business days' response window. A third attempt was made to contact customer service though the website early on the morning of the 21st due to the lack of a response to the first two attempts. A full voicemailbox was experienced twice, once on the 17th and again on the 21st, when attempting to reach customer service by their non-800 telephone number. As of today Feb 27 2006 I have experienced no contact from customer service and the 15-day return window per their posted return policy has expired, forcing me to seek a merchant chargeback though my credit card vendor and leaving them with the problem of retrieving the damaged shipment. At this point the best price with quick shipment combined this lack of customer service is not enough to buy from them again."
