"I have used Zip as my primary place of purchase for my new awesome system. Almost everything came in perfect, but the case was/is pretty messed up. The box was perfect though, leaving me to think Zip had a busted case and resent it out to fulfill the holiday rush. Also customer service is horrible. They take there sweet time answering calls and responding to e-mails. Matter of fact, there answering machine filled up with return requests and customer assistance that I couldn't leave a second message; I guess a lot of people have complaints and had problems with their products.
Products are still cheaper and if they get the order right, it ships fast and works well, just pray for no problems, cause it will infuriate you!"
"I build over 500 systems a year and this place is the worst ever! STAY AWAY! They refuse to give refunds for merchandise (even though their Ads were misleading). Will not respond to phone or e-mail requests for RMA# for 30 days and then claim that they can no-longer issue a refund because after 30 days all sales are final (nice touch).
Newegg is the way to go for excellent products and no hassle returns..... "

"The site provided a great easy process, with a great price on their product. I recieved the monitor 3 days after placing the order. That's where the experience stopped being greato r even good for that matter.
The product came defective (didn't work out of the box) and that bothered me, but being a retail manager at an Apple store I realize that sometimes things happen and you may have to return a defective item.
I have written three times requesting an RMA number to return the item for replacment or repair and have yet to hear back from this company. I also have e-mailed their customer service. So great service at the front end of the purchase, but absolutely horrendous service at the backend when needing to replace a defective item.
Now I don't know about you, but that is not a good way to do business. It would take a huge undertaking to appease me on their part for me to ever consider shopping at their site again and would only consider it because of the speed of service at the front end of the purchase.
Unless things change I would not recommend purchasing from this sight to anybody!"

"I purchased a Thermaltake Blue tooth mini mouse for my laptop and did not receive the USB/Bluetooth adaptor.
I have picture of when I first opened the box. In most cases I would really be upset...well actually I am I did pay money for the whole product...luckily my laptop has an internal Bluetooth. But for the best deal on the web? It sure seemed so until I received Half the product. I did send them a email but have not received a reply as of yet.
