"First off, if I had the option to give them a ZERO, I would. I've never written a review before and never had a problem such as this. I had purchased lot's of items from zipzoomfly under different names depending on whom they were for, I made separate account for that person or business and they pay for it themselves. That will stop to a halt at this point because I believe the management or something changed at their company. Here is what happened in detail. I ordered a copy of XP Pro (OEM) for $129 inclusive of 2nd day air on Tuesday because I needed it on Friday or Saturday at the latest. The product arrived by Friday morning, which was acceptable at this point. I opened the box only to find the software had the COA and the product key was clearly torn off from the "outside" of the package where it usually is. First thing that came to mind was someone was a crook in the warehouse. I opened the box and unpacked it, so I know it was done prior to packaging. I know MS does not send them out this way I have received them before. I immediately phoned zipzoomfly and spoke with Kevin. He said he couldn't understand how that could have happened unless someone stole it prior to shipping of course (exact words). He said he would transfer me to the RMA dept... and I would for sure get another one in replacement. About 30 seconds goes by and he comes back letting me know because of the holiday, they are very busy and I might have to leave a message. I let him know my plans to install the OS were out of the question without a product key already, so it didn't matter. I said fine. I am on hold for about 10-15 minutes then was prompted to leave a descriptive message of my issue, so I did so... and left very detailed information with the sense of urgency and numerous ways to be contacted. NEVER heard from them! Saturday they were closed, Sunday (New Years day) closed and Monday, after New Years day- Closed! Tuesday morning I wait patiently till about 8:31AM their time (when they were open and I phone them and their voice mail states still closed but open 8:30. OK, slight adjustment of clocks on there end or oversight to removing their call forwarding, I wait longer 8:35, still stated they were closed.. 8:45 same.. FINALLY at 8:50 my call goes though (by this time I was a little hot). I transfer right to returns and Martha answers call promptly. First she expressed her concern knowing nothing of this product and how it works (not holding that against her). She then puts me on hold after getting order info and comes back and tells me where to find the product key (I was impressed, having ordered these in the past). She says it is a little number in the lower corner in the back or front of the package or on the book itself (I explain the top of the COA is there but the bottom has been removed). She insisted that no.. Keep looking it is there. Continues by telling me with this specific disc's... they have the codes written in small print.. On and on and on getting nowhere with her. NOW, I open the package hoping to find it strangely inside somewhere even though it was clearly tore off the front.. I can hear she is getting upset because I cannot find it! She offered to RMA it, which was fine at this point but said I needed to order another one online and give her the order number-WHICH I DID. I ask for a return label for the RMA and she said she don't think she can but she will find out.. She gets back and tell me not only that but she cannot do the RMA at all cause these come from Microsoft. After about 2 more minutes goes by of this tone in her voice, she said she is going to transfer me to her supervisor because she has told me where the product key is and I just couldn't find it or am insisting it's not there and there is nothing further SHE can help me with!. I'm glad she was transferring me to someone else so I didn't have to sound rude and ask her myself (to get this mistake or legality issue on their part resolved). So now I have ordered TWO of these, Oh My God and waiting for a supervisor to clear this up. Low and behold I speak with JOE after being on hold for like 5 minutes, a supervisor with no last name or extension- who said he couldn't give it his extension out. Meanwhile, he said he has got all the information from her he said and just needed to clarify it. I also tell him I just placed another order for one and he says "well, I can cancel that no problem if need be." So I explained everything once again. NO LUCK. Cant finish story. Exceeds limit check bizrate."

"Purchased on 11-9, 1 week passed with no package, FedEx lost package. Attemnpted to contact ZipZoomfly via phone and email. 2 emails, 3 vmails, and a 1.5 weeks later I finally got a human at the support number (note they didnt call me back, I called back again). I told them that FedEx said that there trace showed that the package had been lost, and that it would take 4-6 weeks to get the issue resolved. Unacceptable. They lost a customer over a 57 USD meory card, and mainly becuse there customer service was utterly pathetic. I just recieved an email from them this morning stating that there claim had been payed, and they would be refunding me within 3-4 days.
They made me wait for THEIR CLAIM. What a joke.
Never, ever, ever again will I shop from them. They have great prices, and when there are no issues, shipments came quick as can be, but one little problem exposed how poor of a company they are in customer service."

"This has been the worst purchasing experience I've ever had on the internet thus far. I ordered on the 12th. On the 14th, they finally get around to authorizing my credit card. I get a shipment notification in the e-mail with a tracking number. Since its all FedEx 2 day, I wait until Friday the 16th night, no package, so I pull up the tracking and see that they never scheduled FedEx to pick it up. I called FedEx, they said "that number hasn't been scheduled to be picked up." I wait until Monday and then call and am informed that they are holding my entire order, waiting on a product that is supposedly backordered. By this time, they had charged the ENTIRE amount to my credit card (including the backorder item), and told me it had shipped. So the lady on the phone does some checking, says "That item is discontinued, would you like to cancel that item and ship the rest?" I said "YES!" And then I asked if I would be credited on my credit card for the discontinued item, I was told “yes.” They even sent me a follow up e-mail claiming the same thing. As of this writing they still have not credited, and I have initiated a dispute thru American Express. This was an absolutely horrible experience, long hold times, no response to e-mail inquiries (they promise 24-48 hours, I never heard back once), and complete incompetence. I strongly urge people to think twice about using this company. I had a previous bogus experience with them but chalked it up as a fluke, but not anymore, I'm finished using them. "
