"This company was a disaster from beginning to end. They sold me a product advertised on line as in stock and notified me by e-mail that my purchase had been sent FedEx 2 day in plenty of time for Xmas. The item never came. After numerous phone calls, I finally reached someone the day before Xmas (10 days later) who said my item was never coming - discontinued. Why didn't someone notify me???? Manager was "not taking calls." This item was my son's only gift. I was sold an item that did not exist which ruined his Xmas. I believe this was fraud. Left my phone number but not surprisingly a manager has never called me. "
"I ordered a motherboard and processor after Christmas so I would aviod the rush. Everything from order entry through delivery looked ok. When I received my package they shorted me the processor. If it wasn't that the packing slip had some scribble and a b/o on my item I would think it was stolen. Their web site still lists the processor as in stock.
I have been talking to CS but so much for 2 day delivery and in stock items.
This is my first order with them and looks to be my last.
Update: They did acknowledge not shipping the processor and did send it out after the holiday weekend. In the interm, the processor dropped in price but they refused to make any kind of amends for screwing me over. I believe they were out of stock and sent me the unit after they received a new shipment. I should have received something for delaing my clients PC, yet they offered nothing. I will not deal with them in the future."
"Purchased memory with a life time warranty on 11/22/2005. It failed on 12/21/2005. ZipZoomFly won't give me credit, accept a return or return my correspondence. They allow a grand total of 15 days from "Shipment" not receipt date on returns. Do NOT use this merchant for computer related items!!!"

"On 12/28/05, when I called their customer service regarding the shipping status of my order (I placed this order on 12/27/05 morning), I found their reply is courtesy with an immediate action after they verified my shipping address on the phone. I did send the emails but it seems that the phone is more effective.
My suggestion is if the customer place the order in the early morning (Before 10:00a.m.), they should ship out the same day. If they can do that, it will improve to provide a better service.
Since this is my first time to place order with Zipzoomfly.com, I do not have a lot of comment yet except the above. If I do (Either positive or negative), I will express my opinion later.

"Put in my order for a Gigabyte branded ATi Radeon HD 4850 1GB OC video card on the 10th. Was originally going to go with Newegg but they had deactivated the item just days before i had the cash to spare, so ZipZoomFly got my business. Worked out for me because it was priced the same, and came with a free copy of Wheel Man to boot. I opted for FedEx 2day over free UPS, and for once FedEx let me down. I didn't get my package until the 15th, when they'd had it in their possession since the 11th. Package arrived in good condition, and there were no defects. Probably could have been packaged a little bit better, as there were only packing pillow on one side, and the video card box was against the inside of the main box. This is my second time with ZZF, and as before, the entire transaction was fast and painless. I'm a happy customer."

I was told in the e-mail that the money would be refunded back to my card in 3 business days. So where is my money?!?!?!? "Order processing could definitely use improvement. Over 24 hrs to pull 4 sticks of ram and pack is terrible. In this day of price comaprison, service is the only thing distinguishing you from your competitor. You can have the best price in the world but if you can't back it up with service you won't get repeat customers. When someone chooses next day or second day they expect their package nect day or second day. You don't get 24-48 hrs to pick and package the shipment. 'nuf said.
