After you register, this third party, "Complete Savings" run by a company called Webloyalty will start billing your credit card $12 a month!!! What a bunch of %$*X!@&!!!"

"I had a little trouble submitting the order online, which caused 3 holds to be placed on my debit card even though the orders failed. I switched to Paypal, which worked fine but I had to contact customer service a couple times to get the holds removed. They were courteous and helpful both times and the hold time was short. After the initial hiccup, everything else was smooth sailing. They did have to contact me to confirm my billing and shipping address but fortunately, there was no up-selling or pushing of extended warranties. The order shipped quickly and arrived in good condition."

"My complaint is not about their service, that was fine. My complaint is for their selling of my info to ReservationRewards.com who went on to scam me out of $24.00 in debit charges. All this under the guise making it appear to be associated directly through ZipZoomFly.

It's not enough ZipZoomFly doesn't post a phone number on their site to call directly, but they also sell your credit info to the highest bidder who then charges you for some BS online rewards scam.

I will never use ZipZoomFly again and I will do my part to make sure no one else does until they get their act together by doing 2 things...

1) They put direct contact info such as Phone# and address in a clear and easy to find link, like every other reputable reseller. To not do so is shady as hell.

2) Prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they have severed all ties with 3rd party scammers like ReservationRewards.com...

As name describe, zip zoom. Careful on their shopping cart, invisible hand can change the price and/or wipe clean by itself, hope you will go to select item again without changing on price, price WILL not be the same but higher. No way to contact them (via phone nor email), by chance you able to, they will say that how their system work by variable rate. You get a deadend answer. In addition, purchased item delivery system usually put on hold because they actually don't have anything in stock, so you have to wait until item found at lower price and maximize their profit margin. What a shame. "

The $30 rebate on Asus 1000HE computers are highly deceptive. the fine print on the "Terms and conditions" of the rebate form requires you to apply for a Citibank debit card and the rebate is credited to that card. If you want a check you must get the card and then request a check. This appears to be a highly deceptive offer that forces you to get a Citibank debit card."

"i ordered a ASUS Eee PC 1000HA from zip zoom fly. it arrived on 3/25/09. no one was home, thus fedex just left it at my front door. i live in a college apartment with heavy traffic. needless to say, the package wasn't there when i arrived home. i asked all my roommates and neighbors; no one saw it. i had zip zoom fly file a claim with fedex and they denied it. zip zoom fly didn't even give me an update, i had to call in myself a month later for an update. they told me there was nothing they can do for me. WTF is that? am i suppose to lose almost $400 because they are cheap to not ask for signature?! they could have at least bring the package back to fedex facility and i'll come pick it up later. terrible company, i'll never buy from them again! now i'll file a claim with my credit card company. hopefully, they'll retrieve my money. STAY AWAY FROM ZIP ZOOM FLY!"
