"I placed my order at ZipZoomFly on Feb. 4th and here it is, Feb. 17th and I am still waiting for my laptop! I called the company on Feb 11th and was told there was a delay in shipment. I chose not to cancel my order as they offered to upgrade to 2-3day fedex shipping. They never gave the upgrade and the laptop shipped much later still. They lied to me on the upgrade and they have not fulfilled their agreement to ship on the dates promised."
"They sent me a broken mouse, and when i emailed to say i want to exchange it for a new one, they said fine but I had to pay to ship it back myself. I sent emails back saying it was their problem sending me a broken product (could tell even without opening it) and i wouldn't pay $10 to ship back a $32 mouse and they just ignored my emails. Now i'm out $32. I have never had this problem with any of their competitors that i buy from. To be fair, i have made previous purchases with no problems, but be warned if they ruin your order, they will be totally discourteous and hostile towards you. I am never shopping there again, and i recommend checking competitors' sites if there is something they have that you really want."
