"Horrible customer service. I purchased a graphics card and used paypal in hopes to get free shipping (which they advertised). After a tedious and long checkout process, their site didn't give me free shipping. I completed the purchase anyways thinking they would either:
1.Get back to me in time so I could cancel my order...or
2.They would refund my shipping to make things right
No...it took them two days to ship it and even longer to respond to my e-mail. They refused to give me any refund and consistently took two days to respond to further contacts. I will never shop there again.

"I placed an order with ZipZoomFly early Monday Nov. 26th. All of the items that I ordered were listed as 'Usually ships in 24 hours'. I received an email on Wednesday Nov. 28th after their customer service department had closed for the night telling me that my order was placed on hold and I had to call to verify my information. I tried calling Thursday Nov. 29th as soon as they opened. After entering the extension for the verification department I was told all representatives were busy and that I should leave a message with my information. After connecting me to the voicemail box it said the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I called back and tried to speak with the regular customer service and was sent straight to their mailbox as well where I left a message. After a few hours with no response I decided to try again, the verification department mailbox was still full and customer service went straight to the mailbox as well. I tried this multiple times over the course of a couple hours and finally managed to speak with someone from customer service. She asked me to verify my billing and shipping address (which are right in the email they sent me, how does that help?) and then told me since the shipping address was not listed with my credit card I would have to call my credit card company to have the address added and call them back. This really should have been mentioned in the email that was sent telling me my order needed to be verified so I could do it before calling. I explained how difficult it was to call and talk to anyone at ZipZoomFly and there was no way I was going to get off the phone then try to call back. My order had already been in for 3 days now, and probably wouldn't ship for another day even if I could contact someone again that night. I decided I did not want to deal with this terrible customer service experience any longer and asked them to cancel my order. The representative made no effort to convince me to keep my order (perhaps free upgraded shipping to make up for the delay would have been nice) and simply agreed saying my order would be cancelled that night. I have to say this is one of the worst experiences I've had with shopping online in the 10 years that I have been doing so. I will never be doing business with this company again."

"Wow, I tried zipzoomfly about a year ago for a pair of logitech x-230 speakers and I was displeased with my service. The speakers took about 4 weeks to get to me because of order complications, and out of those 4 weeks 2 of them were used for shipping which I find odd since I live in California where the warehouse is located. The speakers broke and so I had to RMA them which took another 4 weeks all together. One year later I figured I would try them again figuring maybe they got their act together, but I was wrong. They are very slow to process orders, I don't know if they do it by hand or what but it took over 3 days to process my credit card information which I put in correctly otherwise they would have contacted me like before. They took a full day to pack my product and now I receive word that they just shipped it. So it takes about 1 weeks worth of time to process and order, pack it and then finally ship it. I don't know how they expect to stay in business if they can't move their business along faster. I gave them another chance and it was my fault for expecting normal service. Shame on me for thinking a company would change after only a year."

"I ordered an ASUS G2S-B1 notebook with the expectation that it would ship in 24 hrs as advertised, it took one week for the item to ship and an additional 2 days to arrive for an item that was "IN STOCK". I had called customer service only to be treated rudely and told it was a custom order item which it is not. Very disappointed."

When it arrived I noticed the hard disk was not the one I chose via pricegrabber. So I requested a refund and within 48 hours I had my RMA.

"If an order is placed on hold for credit card verification (as mine was) then ZZF should CALL the purchasor and let them know by phone.

I was leaving on vacation and it was not until yesterday(the 20th) that I realized my items had not even been pulled let alone shipped. I called yesterday. Assured shipment yesterday. Shipped a day later. Order the 12th, ship the 21st, 5 to 7 days for delivery. Good thing I'm in a hurry. It might take a long time to buy from ZZF in the future.

"bayer beweere very bad return/rma policy bought two foxconn 8800gtx video cards they were dead out of box rma'ed them and the two replacements were bad as well but becouse by the time i got the two replacements back i was past 30 days of original ship date they would not return the second set of cards i am out 1150.00 $ this is the only store i have delt with that dose not re start your 30 days with your replacemint's this store sucks is a rip off very bad coustmer service do not buy from un less u like throughing your money away

"Very unpleasant experience. Awful customer service and return/exchange policy.
I bought a processor, motherboard and hard drive. Changed my mind right after and decided stay with the HD but go with a better MB and processor, but was a little late as they were shipped.
I called Zipzoomfly to see what they could do to help me and I propose to return the MB and chip unopened and place another order with them for the products I decided go which actually were expensive than the first ones.
I got a rep who did not care about my situation and said that even if I returned the items unopened and at my expense and placed another order with them, they would still charging me the re-stocking fee!For sure I declined the "offer"!
I called second time and same answer, so they lost my business forever.
Just as example, I had similar situation with Newegg and they not just provided me a RMA number right way, without any condition, but also sent me a UPS prepaid label so I would not needed pay shipment. That is what I call a class A customer service.
Lesson learned, the few bucks I saved did not worth the bad experience I had with Zipzoomfly. they will never see my money again. :)
