"I had entered the wrong street name when placing the order. Their address verification system caught it, placed the order on hold, and sent me an email to call them to verify the address. Good safety feature to have. I called and nobody answered and was prompted to leave a message. I let them know that there was an error and what the good address should be. I never got a confirmation so the next business day I called again to ensure things are ok. Seems that the address verification team does not answer their phone. Then I tried the operator and I was informed that the address passed through verification and is being boxed, with the wrong address! Again I asked to have the address corrected. The next day I got a FedEx tracking number, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! I called again, and they wouldnt correct the address with FedEx--all they would do is recall the package and charge me for it! Now that the package has made it all the way to my hometown I have a chance to pick it up myself from the distribution center, but FedEx won't let me because of the recall. The package gets shipped back to Cali tonight and ZipZoomFly won't answer their phones and this is almost within my reach.... After calling dozoens of times they finally answered. However, it didn't make a difference--the package is going back. Zipzoomfly is fine if there is no problem with your order, but God help you if there is an issue, because Zipzoomfly won't."

"I ordered headphones for my son for Christmas on the 17th and paid for 2 day shipping to get before Christmas. The confirmation said it would orders normally sent out in 24 hours but next day they put the order on hold and only notified me by email which I didn't read until the 20th. I then called them and asked why, they said they needed verification of the order since I have never order from them before. I was pretty upset and said whatever, I'll paid extra for overnight I just need it by the 23rd. Well, this is the 23rd and it did not show up. The last email said it was sent on the 21st. I guess paying extra for the overnight didn't work either. Very disappointed, and so is my son that his main Christmas present headphones that I paid $85 for, plus now $20 for shipping that never got here for Christmas..you can't make that up to a kid. "
