"Paid for and received a bad motherboard. Shipping was fast and free, but return shipping for defective item is at the buyer's cost. If you can, try Newegg or Amazon. At least they pay for return shipping when an item is delivered broken.
UPDATE: Received replacement with the same accessories in the same box. I don't know of any company that handles returns like this. They actually opened up the retail box of a new motherboard and swapped out just the motherboard. Nope. No more business with this company unless it's an incredible deal. "

BAD EXPERIENCE! I purchased an item that had a rebate, and I believe I was not sent a receipt. I emailed customer service, and they sent no response.
I found directions on there website on how to get a receipt and the links they talk about don't even appear to exist. I would recommend purchasing from somewhere else that appreciates their customers."

"I placed my order on Sat. morning thinking it would ship out Monday at the latest. Well, Monday rolls around and every time I check their web page my order status says verification. Later that night at around 7PM Eastern time I received an email telling me my order needs to be verified and to call some number(not even a toll free number).
I called twice but nobody answered the phone. The third time I just left a message stating my name, order number, and address. Today, Tuesday, my order now says packed. I completely understand the need to security measures to prevent fraud but there was nothing warranting this action. I only purchased an $80 mouse, all my info matches up with my bank, and I provided both my cards CCV code and bank number. What reason is there to require the customer to call you? Then to not even answer the phone! So the only security measure was me calling and leaving a message giving the same info I already gave online. Makes no sense to me.
I have no love whatsoever for their web page design at all. Its kind of cluttered with a clumsy interface. If you find your item from pricegrabber its easy to find, but using the web pages search function is tedious and cumbersome. Even while placing my order the web page timed out once and another page was misaligned where I had to scroll WAY down to see the items. Maybe they were doing maintenance?
Now its Tuesday and my order still has not shipped. All day today it says packaged, so why hasn't it shipped? Between not processing orders on weekends and dragging their feet on pointless security measures really makes for an unnecessarily long wait on first time orders.
Edit-I just recieved an email at 12:20AM EST that my order has shipped Fed-Ex 5-7 day delivery. Even though I got this email late, they are on the west coast so my order left the warehouse Tuesday. Not bad, I just think that having to call in and leave a message with my order info on an answering machine was unnecessary. Other than that they kept me up to date with email notifications and provided a tracking number in the email. I already spotted some ram sticks they have for sale cheaper than anyone else so I'm going to see if I get to bypass the security delay this time. Hopefully soon they will also process orders on weekends!"
