"Let me state that I will NEVER use this company or recommend it to anyone. My flight coming home from Amman Jordan to Los Angeles was cancelled and this company did not help me in getting another flight at all. First they rebooked me on a flight but forgot to rebook the last leg from Philadelphia to Los Angeles. So here we are at the Amman airport with no flight home. 6 phone calls later they are all telling me my original flight is still confirmed when clearly it was cancelled. I even sent them a screenshot of the cancellation. Every call to ASAP was no help because they kept insisting the original flight was still confirmed. A rep from American Airlines spent 2 hours helping to get us on a flight home to Los Angeles. Then this company has the gall to tell me that since my ticket was "exchanged" the refund of the $279 service charge I paid them is not refundable. Believe me this is the last time I will use this rip off company or recommend them to anyone I know."
