VERY FRUSTRATED!

"So here's my experience with ASAP. I decided to call them and work with an agent for a first time, as I usually find the tickets myself.
I was working with Zoro.
I explained what I was looking for and what I needed. I told him the most important thing for me is to have a luggage included in the price, as I was flying from USA to Europe and I had a big suitcase. This is where it gets interesting. Zoro found me a roudway ticket with 2 different airlines and confirmed that I had everything included in the price he gave me.
I was very happy and I even tipped him good. I bought my ticket in the begining of April, and my flight was for August 8th.
I tried to check-in online the morning of my departure and the system told me I have to pay an extra fee of $75 for my suitcase, which I was very suprised by, since I thought I had that included already. So I called ASAP and I was looking to speak with my agent. They told me he quit, so I got to talk to another person. I explained what happened and I wanted them to do something about it, as I was being lied to and I just found out right before my flight. THEN this other agent ALSO confirmed I had my luggage included in the price I paid and he told me that the $75 is for an extra big luggage. I was on the phone with him for almost an hour.
I went straight to the airport to get my bags checked in and they told me I actually DO NOT have my luggage included, so I have to pay both ways $75 fee. Since I did not have a choice then - I did!
I REALLY hope I will be reimbursed for the money I spent for something I was reassured and yet LIED to that I have for the price I paid.
I will never work with those people again. + They barely speak any English! I am beyond dissapointed!

Air Canada Itinerary change

"We were two families who purchased our tickets separately, but took same itinerary to/from as we're going to tour Israel together. After a month, AC had a major itinerary change and automatically gave as an alternative itinerary. Unfortunately, not similar to both of us (one direct flight, and another with a layover that was assigned to my friend'sfamily). I expressed to ASAP rep Rachael and her Re-protection dept that wanted to fly together. ASAP took it from there,
coordinated with AC and at the end we were both given the direct flight option. We were happier. Thanks ASAP!

I have a great flight planned out. It was excellent and wise to work with an agent instead of booking on my own. More secure feeling having all my questions answered with positive suggestions made to help me out. I am looking forward to my Asian adventure next year.

DO NOT TRUST ASAP TICKETS

"They booked me a business class ticket from IAD to Iran. but the flight wasn’t confirmed. I paid around $3100 but I didn’t have a confirmation number no flight. I had to end up buying another ticket since I had an emergency, they told me they will refund me the money since the flight was never booked it’s been 5 months now and I’m still waiting for a refund, and no one is being responsible now. they chase you to sell you a ticket but when they mess up, they don’t even take responsibility for it. do not buy from these people."

Great service

"I was impressed with the service as well as the ability to find cheaper fares. I use ASAP Travel as my "go-to" when flying to the Philippines.

I highly recommend using Flaps as your Agent. He is thorough, personable, and trustworthy.

Worse experience of a lifetime

"Working with this company was the worse experience of my life. I wanted a round trip to Zanzibar. The booking took over 2.5hrs. Jethro kept trying to book me with a full day layover. I explained to him that I didn't want a full day layover. On the phone he said he made the change, I also told him I wanted a seat as close to the front as possible due to a medical condition. He pretend to call the airline, after keeping me on hold for 30-45min. He came back and said everything was set up he s/w the airline manager and he will send me the confirmation email soon. Something just didn't sit right. After another hr I received the email. It had everything I didn't want. A day layover which meant I was traveling for 3day and all the wrong seats. I called him back several times he never answered or returned any of my messages. I specifically asked to speak with a supervisor to another employee Androdos, he left me on hold for about an hr. And came back to say he can't give me his supervisor name or number. I hung-up called back s/w Faluick ( probably a fake name) he also refused to give me the information. I hungup and s/w Tira she gave me fake information about the supervisor. Brian did the same. I did some internet investigation and found where you can log a complaint. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received an answer. I was able to get some of my seats changed but, I had to pay an additional fee which I already paid the insurance at ASAP! This is the rudest most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and I will report it everywhere so, noone has the experience I did. They claimed they would reimburse me it is now July and I still haven't received my reimbursement for being abandoned in a another's country and being lied to about the whole trip. Please watch out for Jethro he will have lost in another country and he lies about everything. Additionally, they have been reported to BETTER BUSINESS BUREA U (BBB). Additionally, they block your email if you have a negative review so beware.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away...go elsewhere!!!

They say they refund but It's been months and I'm still waiting. STILL NOT SOLUTION 4 MONTHS LATER!
