Firstly, I placed the order while they were on vacation. When they came back, they upgraded my order to free 3 day shipping. What slowed the shipping process down was the fact that I chose to ignore the disclaimer telling you to make sure your billing and mailing addresses are the same.

As I had just relocated to a new city, my addresses were not the same and so began the headache. BPP would not ship my order - which is really a good security measure - and so I had to talk to my bank about changing the billing address on my card. My bank proved to be fabulously inept and after many phone calls I got it all worked out.

But I want to again stress that it was not BPP's fault. When they say to make sure your addresses align, you really should do just that.
