"My experience makes me what to cancel my BGE Home, Home Warranty. This was my first time calling for service and I waited 45 minutes on hold to speak with a representative and was disconnected by BGE Home. I called back, waited another 30 minutes before I spoke with a representative and the rep who answered was NOT offering excellent customer service. For my first experience calling BGE Home, I am disappointed as I expected so much more. The plumber for my service is supposed to becoming this Friday and I’m now nervous about what’s going to happen. Confidence in BGE Home is lost at this point."
