The 1st time the technician did not believe my wife when I had her tell him the AC unit had frozen. On the 2nd issue I made ire I took a picture to prove what was already known. Hopefully this time it will be corrected. Now waiting during these 90• days for the part and a call to replace it!"

I have had my contract with BGE for over 10 years; receive yearly checks on my heating and AC and have only had to call for service one other time. That wait time was also very long. One positive point, all Techician have been great!"

I was told when I signed my contract there was no charge for repairs. And I now have to wait till they get the part in 4 to 5 days. I have no air conditioner in over 90 degree days this week. This is totally unacceptable. Also, I recommended BGE Home to a neighbor and they complained to me they can't reach them by phone either. That's bad business."
