"Follow-up calls to find when service will arrive. We were initially (1000 hrs) told service would arrive between 1200hrs and technicians did not go home until all calls were serviced. We would call periodically to get updates and always received an answer similar to can't give time but all calls will be serviced.. Turns out that about 10PM service was rescheduled for the next day. 1. Be honest with customer as far as arrival time. My tenant lost a day's work waiting for an appointment that never showed. That is unacceptable. 2. I have 7 Properties with BGE Home. For whatever reason the repair was not covered under my policy. Instead of forcing me to pay then and there, just bill mm y account. What would have happened if I couldn't be found to pay the bill?"
