Since I wanted hot water and I had water over-flowing in the basement, I took the appt, but said that I would cancel, if I found someone to help fix the problem on the same day. My ratings above are mixed. Personnel were quite satisfactory, but that didn't solve the problem in a timely manner. I have used your company in the past and may do so in the future."
