"While the phone service was great, and the call center was super responsive, I do not appreciate the half day service windows. The window I was given was “arrive between noon - 10:30pm.” Taking a half day of leave to be home for a 1-hr appointment within an 8-10.5 hr service call cost me a few hundred dollars in earnings. Finally, the technician who arrived spent a good deal of his time complaining about how far away I was from the rest of his calls, how he couldn’t get a hold of a closer technician to take my job instead, and how another customer kept calling him to try to get a better ETA. I understand you never know what your technicians may walk into, but my tech explained he started with 8 jobs, but had 13 total for the day by the time he got to me. So, overall, great people; frustrating scheduling."
