"It was not that good, I had several of your HVAC tech out to my house 4 times, it wasn’t until you sent a senior tech to my house that he discovered that the coolant was low. Once he filled the coolant to the right level, everything worked fine. But this was after the first 3 techs changed the capacitor and a control board and me having to change out the motor twice because I was told by the first 3 techs that the motors burned out. Although the senior tech said that there was probably nothing wrong with the items that were replaced, and all the unit needed was coolant. I also had to take off work for the visits, 4 hrs. Each visit."
