"The Customer Service rep did not understand the service I was requesting. After waiting for 3 days she sent out a service person to repair my Gas heater.. I request an electrician to repair a wire that had shortage as a result of using an electric wall heater ?? The unit was never repaired , and the service rep Cancel the ticket . NO one has contacted me to reschedule or for Any Reason at all."
