"The appointment to get my heat pump serviced was over a month away from the call date. This is far to long to wait for service! I have a whole house contract with BGE Home and I feel like they put all the service checks on the back burner. This is not what I call good serivce. My appointment is not until November 21st and that is well into the cold winter months. That does not make me happy. Before using BGE I had a contract with a very small heating and air conditioning company. The longest I had to wait for a heating check was 2 weeks. I would think that BGE Home being much larger could do a much better job."
