"Please feel free to share. The call center is fine. Appointments for service take weeks! If something is broken and not working, you want it fixed in a reasonable time. 2 to 3 weeks waiting for appointments just to have someone look at the problem, then if a part needs to be ordered, you wait weeks for that, then weeks again to get an appointment to have the part installed. What a joke! I’m looking into other appliance service plans. You have over sold your service policies or need to hire more staff!"
