I had to pay emergency service rate to another company who told me the system needs a new fan motor which has to be ordered. If i waited for you until Wednesday to identify that and then you needed to order the part, I'd be without air for over a week. You're not taking care of your customers and you sold me a crappy system which i hear has been discontinued."
