"I had a 12 noon service appointment. After 4 hours of waiting, I attempted to call and find out when I would get service. After 20 minutes, I got cut off. After another 20 minute wait, I finally talked to someone who basically scolded me and told me I was still on the list and had to wait. The service tech finally called at 715 pm. Do u really think someone should wait all day for service, 8 hours? Awful phone and awful customer service"

If a customer has paid for an HVAC service contract but the earliest service can be provided is 3 months after the request then surely BGE Home is guilty of failing to perform within a reasonable time period particularly when the 3 months are the hottest of the year.
