"Overall I like BGE home and had good experiences, scheduling regular maintenance, fixing dish washer and getting heatpump repaired.(When informing about an on-demand water heater, not such good experiences. That department's person in charge was not responsive and actually rude.) So it seems to differ on department and questions."

"I worked with a young lady with the name Patrice. I’ve called about my problem before and it just seemed that it never went right. But Patrice New exactly where I was coming from, she arranged the service call and everything went great. I give kudos to Patrice and I just wish everyone knew have to solve problems the way she did thank you very much."

"The first person I spoke to started to schedule my service appt.,then discovered that I had a billing issue I didn't know anything about. I thought she was going to connect me with Billing and stay on the line with me so we could finish scheduling my service afterwards, but she didn't - she left me high and dry. The billing person I spoke to, after we resolved that issue, then had to connect me to a third person to schedule my service appt. There could have been one less person in that chain if the first person had just stayed with me like she said she would."

"My problem is still not solved. I have a five month old grand-daughter and this is the second week running and the air conditioner is yet to be restored. With the temperature rising to 80+ one would have expected to have someone come and fix the problem, especially with five month old baby and a sick wife. I cannot express how frustrated I am at the moment with the air conditioning not fixed."

"My experience with BGE home was fine do bad I had to call to make another appointment since my online appointment was confirmed and no one showed up. I than had to request another date and that did not confirm that is why I called to get a date."
