I have a 1 year old child and unable to just go out and buy parts to repair the problem myself, if I could I would. Now I have a large bill ahead of me and stuck home for a person to fix my stuff."

"The rep was wonderful once I was able to talk to her. Waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes in a hot house because your AC unit went up is not my idea of fun. I have always loved BGE Home and have a home policy however that wait time just dose not do it."
