"I purchased a new HVAC system in December 2018. My salesperson was great. However, trying to schedule service appointments were difficult prior to COVID-19. The representatives are always courteous, it's just so difficult to get appointments that are not 2 or 3 months out. I have a warranty that I can't seem to use in a timely manner. I had to contact my salesperson who escalated my concerns with his manager who ultimately called the service department to get an appointment scheduled. Sales are great, but once you try to schedule service appointments...BAD SERVICE! Feel like I'm held hostage since I purchased my unit from BGE Home and have a service warranty that I can't use."
