"So here comes the $4,000 call. It's Thursday @ 7pm and I realize frozen buildup and water leakage internally - tell-tale sugns of freon-loss (even though our seasonal check-up not 60 days ago didn't reveal this - but then again we didn't run the AC during the inspection - why I don't know). At first the rep says service will be Sat 7:30 am until 10PM. That isnt good because honestly no one would be here Saturday. But more importantly it's the Priority Service call. Last time I called for emergency AC service was like 15 years ago and you were right on it. So now the rep comes back ans says no again. So I insist on a supervisor who repeats the No. I mean you have 365 trucks on the road making 1100 service calls every day..you cant reschedul for my Priority Service call? Cant your database see that I've paid $4,000 in service fees without a service call? So I pleaded and insisted more until I was granted the visit. tech showed up friday am for $90!!! What's up with that?"
"I am very satisfied! The assistance given gave me instant relief since as a senior + citizen, I had no idea as to how to stop a leaking water heater nor did I know anything about making a purchase. The representative was a tremendous help. I am very satisfied with my new heater. The installer was fantastic. I am so satisfied with BGE Home.
