"As customers of BGE Home for several years, this may have been our worst experience ever. The technician that came to our property, named Wayne, was clearly not interested in doing any work to fix the problem in our unit that day. During his first visit, he spent a matter of minutes in the bathroom with the issue (water leaks out of shower head) and stated that he could not do any work that day because the building water needs to be shutoff. After calling to them him that there is a hot water shutoff valve in our unit, he came back and demanded to be paid before he did anything. After we agreed, he went to his car and just drove off without communicating with us that he was leaving. To make matters worse, he was not wearing a mask during either visits even though our tenants and their two kids were in the unit. This is surprising since BGE Home made it a point to check our tenants were healthy before they agreed to send a technician. Overall, extremely disappointed in BGE Home."
