"I have always had great service when calling in a problem and needing service. The representatives have been helpful, pleasant, and did their best to accommodate my rneeds. We have a whole house plan that covers everything except the 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Never have to pay for anything to be repaired. If you have to hire someone to repair an appliance it costs just to have them come to the house and by the time the repair is finished you have spent $500 -$1000 which would cover your service policy for a year! BGE Home is worth every penny!"
