"I’m very frustrated with BGE because of wait times, multiple calls and turnaround time were all disappointing. I was told after my first call it was 14 days for a tech to show up. BGE told me a person from the leadership team would call me back ( that never happened). Called back the next day and was able to have a manager reduce the lead time to 7 days. So now I have a dryer not working for 8 days but I pay $55 a month for service. My expectations are 48 -72 turnaround time and better service. My other expectation is a refund since I can’t even use the services I’m paying for at this point."
"The people are good. I was very unhappy last year when I discovered extensive mold in and around my attic air handler. No one had told me I had a mold problem after 16 years of BagE Home service."
"I was not satisfied because I had to call BGE Home 3 times for the same service. During the first home service the tech told me he could not resolve the issue and to contact a certified plumber. I contacted Michael and Sons and Len the Plummer. Michael and Sons came onsite first and was able to resolve the issue but it costs me $375 when I already had a home contract with BGE who should have been able to resolve the same issue.I also paid BGE $50"
