"My general experience this time was subpar. First the online system did not seem to register my confirmed appointment. What backup or assurance do I have that using online system to schedule service? Why was I denied a service call twice by your customer service reps? I have a medical condition and had previously been a priority customer for air conditioning services especially. I'd like to return to that status so that moving forward perhaps I won't be denied a service call. Now, I'm waiting for a follow up call once parts come in for the air conditioner. Let's see how that goes..."
