"Tried to call for information due to I was replacing outdated parts and am not versed with hinges. Impossible to talk to anyone at this place so ended up ordering wrong parts which their web page suggested.. Requested call back to get correct parts. Instead got an email back telling me i would have to drill new holes for a front mount. Original was a side mount. Emailed back to see if I there was another part that would work better. No response. Had to call blum to get the correct part. {Their service is great by the way. } I will have to eat shipping cost to send wrong parts back. They are giving me money back on wrong parts but what a pain in the ****. Could all be solved with a simple phone call - like blum "

"I’ve been changing out old European for new slow close hinges. CABINETPARTS has a great selection but I’ve had trouble getting technical help in selecting the correct mounting plates. Euro hinges can be complicated for the do-it-your selfer and I wish there was better technical help. I’ve had to re-order mounting plates a couple of times to get the correct ones."
