Great company

"Bought a drive shaft from them and FedEx destroyed it through their delivery process. Called and got a replacement that day shipped out. They double boxed it and used packing materials to make sure this one wouldn't be damaged. The first box was damaged with a hole in it but the box inside was undamaged. "

Overall good experience

"Fast shipping, good price, easy to order and a good product. My only issue were that exterior packaging to protect the parts was absent, one box was pretty beat up, I had some small cosmetic damage. also tracking was odd, and they were shipped separate and arrived on different days with 2 different carriers, I have never seen anything like that before. It was confusing."

Shipping is not good

"Parts were shipped in multiple packages. First package was a box which was okay. Second package was a bubble envelope with a hole in it luckily the parts didn’t fall out. Still waiting on the third package. Tie rod end had a hole in the boot."

Frustrated and I’m not happy,

" I count on information provided on the web site to order parts that will fit my car, If I order a part for a 2015 Chevy suburban it should fit correctly! Nothing is more frustrating than tearing down a driveshaft in your driveway on your back to find out the part you said would/should fit DOESNT! your chat help was no help all they said is “it should,and it’s suppose to”! I certainly have to find another parts house that knows what there doing. "

Universal parts fit most applications, but it may require slight modification to fit a certain vehicles year, make, model and sub-model. Lackluster shipping.

"Price of parts is a big plus but the shipping leaves something to be desired. Seven days waiting for a part to be delivered from VA to WV is absurd. And little to no info on tracking is common with FedEx witch is the carrier I have found to be used. "
