Sorry to learn that the DG72ER-S Passenger side Mirror was not available by the time you ordered it. We have tried to source it out on all our partner warehouses, but they do not have the same part as well. Usually, it takes 3-4 weeks for our warehouse to replenish the stocks. Our inventory is typically updated twice a week.
Please note that we did not charge you for the cancelled/out of stock item. The pre-authorization hold should have fallen off by now.
We are continuously working to improve our process and inventory. Rest assured that we will have the item removed from the website temporarily.
If you decide to return the driver side as well, we can definitely accommodate the return. Just give us a word and we will issue a return and provide a free label.
We will be waiting for any response.
