This was the first time I ordered through them, but based on the reviews here and elsewhere I had some high expectations. They met those expectations and then some. "I ordered a digital camera and I was very impressed with Centraldigital. Probably the main reason I ordered from them was that they had a great price for the extended warranty, so I went with them to get it. They offered a 3 yr for $40 or a 5 yr for $60. Other companies wanted $200 or more for the 3 yr. When I checked out, they asked for a home and daytime phone number. I reluctantly gave my cell phone for the daytime number and I figured I would be hearing from some pushy sales guy trying to sell me a bunch of crap I didn’t need or want. To my surprise, they never called and I had ordered on Sunday night and they shipped out my order on Monday. I paid the cheapest shipping, which was 5-7 day ground Fedx and they shipped it 3 day Fedx and I got it in 3 days on Wed. I was impressed as I didn’t think I would get it until the next week since it was going from NY to AZ. I sure would recommend this company based on my experience."

"I ordered a Canon 20D late on Friday 3/18. I got a call on Sunday for confirmation. There was a slight attempt to upsell (very polite, never rude or pushy)an extended warrenty with a free battery that I was not interested in and a carrying case. They offered to subtract the price of the battery from the warranty price and include the case at no charge. I thought that was a good price for a 5 year warranty and excepted. They confirmed shipping address, said the item was in stock and should ship within 24-48 hours.

Item was to be shiped next day air FedEx. Item was shipped on 3/21 and received on 3/22, can't complaine about that, great service.

This was an excellent price on this camera, there was no attempt to strong arm me into buying anything I did not want. The camera package was unopened and intact, full retail packaging including a US warranty and the certificate for the extended warranty.

There are a couple of areas were ibuydigital can improve and truly be a 10+ merchant. I didn't recieve the shipping/tracking info until after I recieved the package. Their online order tracking as of 3/23 still has no info on my order. Fix these minor gltches and you truly have a 10+ merchant. Buy the way my credit card was not charged until I recieved the delivery, every online merchant should do that.
